Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
Welcome to Four Corners Cleaning. By engaging our cleaning services, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which govern our relationship with you as a client. These terms outline our commitments, your responsibilities, and other essential details related to our services.
2. Services Provided
We offer commercial cleaning services tailored to business premises, including but not limited to:
• Office cleaning
• Retail and hospitality cleaning
• Gym and fitness centre cleaning
• Industrial and manufacturing cleaning
• Education and childcare cleaning
We do not offer residential house cleaning or Airbnb cleaning services.
3. Booking and Service Requests
• Clients may request services via our online portal, email, or phone.
• Service bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed by us in writing.
• Recurring services will continue as scheduled unless modified or cancelled in accordance with our cancellation policy (see Section 6).
4. Pricing and Payment
• All pricing is customised based on the client’s needs and scope of work.
• Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice provided to clients.
• For commercial clients, invoicing occurs at the end of the month, with payment due by the 20th of the following month.
• Payments must be made via bank transfer as specified in the invoice.
• Late payments may incur a late fee, and non-payment could result in the suspension of services.
5. Quality Assurance and Complaints
• We strive to maintain a high standard of service. If you are dissatisfied, you must notify us within 24 hours of the clean, and we will take reasonable steps to rectify the issue.
• Any claims for damages or issues must be reported in writing as soon as possible.
6. Cancellations and Rescheduling
• Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a booking.
• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather, staff shortages, or operational issues.
7. Liability and Insurance
• We are fully insured with Public Liability Coverage for your peace of mind.
• While we take every precaution to provide safe and careful service, we are not liable for pre-existing damages or wear and tear on property.
• Clients must secure any valuables, sensitive documents, and confidential materials before our team begins cleaning.
8. Access to Premises
• Clients must ensure that our cleaners have safe and reasonable access to the premises.
• If our team is unable to access the premises due to locked doors, security issues, or other barriers, the client may be charged for the scheduled service.
9. Health and Safety
• We comply with all Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) regulations and expect clients to maintain a safe working environment for our staff.
• If our team encounters hazardous conditions (e.g., biohazards, pest infestations), we reserve the right to suspend or refuse service until the issue is resolved.
10. Confidentiality and Privacy
• We respect client confidentiality and will not disclose any sensitive business information obtained during service unless required by law.
• Any personal or business data collected will be handled in accordance with privacy laws and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
11. Desmar Transition
• Four Corners Cleaning took over Desmar Cleaning in March 2025 under new ownership and management.
• We operate independently from Desmar, with a new approach, operational structure, and commitment to high-quality service.
12. Amendments to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
